Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I get paid on?
Collected revenue — money the referred team has actually paid — for 12 months from their first paid invoice. Not on trials, not on signups, and not on invoices that were raised but never settled.
What happens if a referral cancels?
Commission stops with their last paid month. Nothing is clawed back from what you've already been paid, unless the invoice itself is refunded or charged back.
How long is a click attributed to me?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up eleven weeks later, it's still yours. Last click wins where two affiliates overlap.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Self-referrals, and referrals of a company you're employed by or hold a stake in, aren't eligible — that's a discount, not a referral. Ask us about a direct discount instead; we'd rather have that conversation than reverse a payout.
Do I need an audience to be accepted?
No. We're reading for whether you actually talk to people who run outbound, not follower counts. A consultant with twenty clients is a better fit than a general business account with fifty thousand followers.
Can I run paid ads on Leadey's brand?
Not on our brand terms — bidding on "Leadey" competes with us for traffic we already have. Ads to your own content are fine.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 1st, once the 30-day hold clears and your balance is over £50. Bank transfer or PayPal. Payout details are held by our payments provider, not by us.
What if I'd rather resell than refer?
That's the Solutions Partner Programme — you own the billing relationship and the support, at a partner rate. Different agreement; email us and we'll walk you through it.
